Minor Fixes

Some minor fixes are incoming .  

• Control responsiveness greatly improved - now using the correct way of accessing the controls via Godot.
• Added a simple logo to make the game look a little better. I'm no artist, but even for this simple project it should look a bit more exciting! ;)
• Tweaks to death detection and game reset.

I hope to fix the issues raised and clean up the menu controls so that it can be played  with a controller. (In game already works with a controller) After this I'll prepare the next release!
